You are employed by a company and trained directly there for your job. The company draws up an individual training plan for you. You do not attend vocational school and therefore do not receive a professional title.
The job-specific apprenticeship is possible for jobs in the kitchen and food preparation, in service, at the bar and in guest relations, at reception, in housekeeping or in company organisation.
