Authentic on the inside. Strong on the outside.
HR-Talk on “EMPLOYER BRANDING”
Building a strong employer brand takes time, and it starts with the courage to reflect honestly on where you stand.

At the HR Talk at the Green Luxury Hotel Pfösl, we’ll focus on exactly this journey: How do you transform what you feel and believe into a concept that works? And how can you consciously highlight and further develop the values a company already embodies? An afternoon for anyone curious – no matter if you already have a clear path in mind or are just getting started.

General information: This event will be held in German.

Leadership: Small Initiatives, Big Impact
HR-Talk at Kircherhof: Leadership that makes the impact
At the end of April, the HR Talk on leadership took place at the Kircherhof in Albeins. The focus was on practical insights into how businesses can strengthen motivation and team retention through simple measures.

Particular emphasis was placed on:

Closeness in everyday work: involving employees, sharing meals, and maintaining regular communication

Responsibility & trust: giving young talents responsibilities early on and allowing room for mistakes

Positive leadership: leading by example and focusing on opportunities rather than problems

Living appreciation: showing genuine interest – not only during annual reviews

Despite challenges such as competition for skilled workers, one thing became clear: companies that focus on quality, consciously support apprentices, and foster a positive working environment create a workplace where people enjoy staying.

At the same time, JOIN hospitality supports entrepreneurs on their journey toward becoming modern and attractive employers.
