Hotel management school

The training prepares you for work in hotel management, at reception as well as in the kitchen and service. In the 3rd year you take a final exam in service, in the 4th year in the kitchen. Hotel management school ends with the state final exam (Matura) and the title „hotel management assistant”.

After these exams you receive the „certificate of equivalence to the apprenticeship qualification”:
» with 8 weeks of work experience after the Matura or
» with an 8-month internship if you leave school before the Matura exam.
The exam is only valid if you have successfully completed the 3rd or 4th school year.

Here you can attend the 1st to 5th year of hotel management school, graduating as a hotel management assistant, and earn additional diplomas as a barista or in the kitchen and service.
